Spatio-temporal patterns of chlorophyll fluorescence and physiological and structural indices acquired from hyperspectral imagery as compared with carbon fluxes measured with eddy covariance

As leaf physiological change affects to its structure, VIs for leaf structure could track seasonality of GPP. Due to the variability of canopy structure is quite stable than physiological VIs, however, it is hard to explain daily GPP changes.
