Spectral correction for the effect of crown shape at the single-tree level: An approach using a Lidar-derived digital surface model for broad-leaved canopy
As topography affect to incident irradiance, tree crown has the same effect. In smaller scale, BRDF effect caused by plant structure needs to be considered. With LiDAR point clouds, crouw-shape effect could be alleviated.
